Subwoofer Super Stiff?

I recently got a three way speaker, while moving it I was dumb enough to drop it. I didn't see anything wrong with it until after hooking it up. The spider is completely stuck? I took out the subwoofer out of the box and saw that the tweeter and mid speakers are fine but I tried pushing the subwoofer back out but it wont move at all. It's pushed in about half an inch and i'm afraid i broke it.

What exactly did you drop it on? Hard concrete? Carpet in your house?

yes its fked. Its called a shifted motor
