subwoofer suggestion with limited money

i just receive 200 bucks from my bonus at work and would like to use that money for one subwoofer. i already got component speakers install in my car and would like to complement those speakers with alil more bass. what subwoofer would u suggest for 200 bucks that already come built in amplifier and box? im not looking to buy each item individually, im just looking for a nice 200 bucks all in one subwoofer that give some bass.

Well there are amp and subwoofer combos but typically the amp is mounted on the back, and is not part of the box.

I would say do it right and get the electrical part done first that way the sub and amp you get can handle it.

make sure you have the wiring underhood upgrade to 1/0 gauge, you have a good battery and alternator?

.......Your are talking likes hes going to be running 1k RMS.....Look into that PA deal that Ku-Sama posted the link......and find you a cheap 4 ga kit to get you the bass your looking for

i have already run a 4 gauge power wire to my current amp that is running my component speakers. do i really need to deal with any electrical problems that might happen by buying the power acoustik mentioned above? i thought i could just do a plug and play type of thing with the power acoustik.

you can, with that small amount of power you dont have to upgrade anything

You'll be fine with the wire you've got run...assuming you're not running a thousand watts to your component speakers, which I highly doubt.

You'll need to, split the 4 guage (with a distro block), but that's easy and cheap to do.
