Subwoofer repairing?

Does anyone repair subwoofers? I have a 10" OZ Matrix Elite that sounds like what would be called coil rub as it makes a scratchy sound when pushing the cone in and also will make a crackling vibrating sound when playing at louder volumes. I'm in the NW and wonder if it's worthwhile trying to repair it. It also has a hole in the surround that's been siliconed. Any idea what the cost would be?

coil may be hard to get for that, if I remember right it's like 2.75 or some crazy shit like that.
