the zeus subs are great little sq subs they also have dual spiders and are dvc 4 ohm 500 rms subs ( they will take 750 easily in a sealed box ) i sell em for 80 each shipped //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif very comparable to the hx2 IMO I have heard them side by side and 2 of the zeus 12's was louder and cleaner than 4 of the hx2 10's.

Well, their is no doubt I am a Image Dynamics FanBoy so know that first. IMO I don't think you will be let down by the IDQ's those subs are awsome. Great low end and they get pretty loud too. Sound quality is super sexy also.

I would take the ID over the RE for the power you have they are also very sexy clean sounding, just expensive.

I would heartily recommend the Boston Acoustics G5 series subs. There are a few in the classifieds section.

I recently switched from a long line of Image Dynamics ID/IDQ sub installs (all 12" subs) to a single Boston Acoustics G510RS and couldn't be happier. The sound quality is superb and they hit hard, loud, and true.

Hard to say unless you get to hear both of them. I run a Boston G5, and the sound quality is fantastic. Very efficent subs. Can be a bit pricey, but so can the Image dynamics. Either one will be a good choice!

I've heard that the MB Quart Premiums are almost the same sub, if not better in the sq area. I'm sure I'll be slammed immediately if I'm wrong, anyway they are at woofersetc.

I was doubting it myself until I listened to a buddy's system; he was raving about his G5 12". I listened and was very impressed. Decided to go with the G510RS myself.

I've pretty much run ID & IDQ 12"s for the last 10 years exclusively as well as ID's Chameleon CXS series components. I definitely fit into the 'Image Dynamics fanboy' category //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

The BA G5 was a pleasant surprise.
