subwoofer rattling sound?

There is something loose inside. i felt around the cone and the spider while it was on but could not find the spot. I emailed the company and they told me to send them just the cone. any idea what this is? I can hear even at the lowest volume. Can i fix this myself? The sub is a 12" PowerAcoustik MOFO 122x

Can you get a vid of it playing free air so we can hear it? It could be a few things but it's hard to tell without hearing it.

Type in here what the rattle sounds like. Dont take a video. Like a gunshot BAM BAM BAM. Rattle sounds are like drdrereerdrrrrdrddedededdeptptpptptpptptpt. Which one does it sounds like?

sorry for the late reply. but it sounds like its coming from underneath the spider? you can hear the rattle even at the lowest volume setting. so my guess its something like a wire that is loose and touching the cone as it vibrates

damaged coil or former. could also be damaged spiders allowing it to be non linear

Theres definitely some change in there, probably a few dimes.
