Subwoofer Power Question

If you had these three components:

1 - Mono Amp 150 watts @ 4 OHMs/ 300 watts @ 2 Ohms

2 - Subwoofer 200 watts RMS/ 4 Ohms

3 - Subwoofer 200 watts RMS/ 4 Ohms/ DVC which would be wired in parrell to get 2 Ohms

The trick here is you can only use one of the two subwoofers. So basically you could have one subwoofer that is rated for 200 watts, powered by a 150 watt amp. Or one that is rated for 200 watts powered by a 300 wattt amp. Which one would you use and why?
