Subwoofer ported box help

Hi needing a bit of help. I have a 12'' db audio Trex subwoofer 3000w i am in need of a drawing so that i can build a ported box for it. I have been told i need a 1cu ft box tuned to 31hz for this subwoofer to play correctly. Can any one help with this. I will be using 18mm ply.Thank you all.

1 cubic foot box sounds too small for a 12" woofer and you will find it impractical to tune that small of a volume to 30hz with adequate port area.

Maybe 1 cube for a sealed setup. I would think 1.75 - 2.0 cubic feet would be much better. There is a box building ap on the web somewhere.

Here are your box specs from the subwoofer manufacturer. They giv you all the dimensions you need to build a sealed 1cf box tuned to the hz they say….

thats a beefy sub.. why put it in a sealed box? What kind of bass notes are you trying to achieve?
