Subwoofer only playing lows?

Well I assumed it was either the box wrong or the amp tuned wrong because on really low songs the system is STUPID loud. But only on the low parts lol

That is thanks to the volume of your enclosure. Don't let these guys talk you down to a tiny box. It's definitely your port. I've got 5.25 cu after displacement on each of my 12s and have (slot port) 96 sq. in of port per sub. Tuned to 36hz. It murders everything from 22>50hz. It would probably do better from 50>60hz if they weren't squares, but I'll sacrifice that for actual musical tones.

Okay, these are the sketchups of the build, unfortunately the port ended up wider than needed so it was 3 1/2" wide for some reason, but other than that...

Oh, and without the double baffle, just has a double baffle around the speaker for extra support, and a screwed up circle lol

Okay, after reviewing the specs, would

Width - 30"

Height - 16"

Depth- 16"

Square Port Width - 3"

Square Port Length - 14"

Would this work if I was to put the speaker on top and face the vent backwards? RE puts the Tuning at 34 and the Volume at 2.6 That way, I think I wanted a bit lower on the tuning, but I don't want the same problem as before. Thanks.
