Subwoofer input

I'd like to gather input from some more experienced car audio guys than I. My question is; Using a CEA rated MB Quart amp 800wrms @1ohm, which set up would put a big smile on my face?

2 Boston Acoustic G2 15" 4ohm dvc (300rms ea)

OR

1 Obsidian Audio 15" 2ohm dvc

I know that those specific boston subs look like an underfed dog compared to the Obsidian, but reading reviews and watching them in action (over youtube so idk how they sound, only their excursion), they look quite promising. Also I guess because of their lightweight cone, they can hit double bass really well. Thanks for reading, hope you can spare some time to share your $0.02!!

Moving mass (or particularly the part about their "lightweight cone") has zero impact on transient response (ability to hit double bass really well). If you must have a subwoofer shipped to you right now the Boston's would be the best option because the Obsidian Audio subs are on a pre-order sale right now.

Thank you for clarifying that for me. No i wouldnt need it immediately, and the 15 v2 test on youtube looks pretty sweet, but in your opinion, would a single oa15 on 800 watts out perform 2 bostons on the same power?
