Sub makes popping noise when low bass hits dont know why any help is greatly appreciated

AQ 3500, B2 audio XC 18 with sp4 recone, all 4/0 power and grounds, 2 AGM pc2150 batts, Apex HO alt 220,

What are the box specs? What are the settings on the amp? Who did the recone?

Let me check exact size of box and settings on amp recone was done by Fi and thank you for your help

Probably pushing the sub beyond it's mechanical limits.

I just remembered , I had a 13w7 awhile back and it would do the same thing i think it's the amp
