i would like someone who knows alot about subs to fill me in on how they think a hifonics brutus sub is alltogether. im sure someone will say its cheap but wat makes it good or not??? the b10d2

I will put it to you this way, "good" is relative, would it be a good sub in a car with DLS or Sinfoni gear in it, not really, would it be a good sub for a van with Sundown equipment, probably not, is it a good sub for the system you have listed on you sig. I think so. especially if your happy with how it sounds

For the set-up you have, the sub will be fine. Hi-Fonics subs arent too bad in my opinion, as I had the chance to play around with one a while back, but a lot better can be had.

im running 2 of them and they r pretty good. louder and more clear then a pair of rockford t1 12s i had a little while ago. same boxes and amp and wiring.
