What kind of amp should i look for? How many watts? and 2 channel? How do i know if it is a subwoofer amp?

a buddy of mine has that amp. it actually pushes a single 12 type e fairly nicely. If you wire yours subs like the diagram I think that would do you for a decent cheap system.

The peak for this is 500w. If i got a 1000 watt amp would they run fine?

i bet you just pop those subs man, get some bs small amp, hell i got a old kicker zr360 that will prob blow those subs up with half the output.50 bucks

focus on RMS not peak. On second thought, just forget about power handling all together.
