Hello guys. Im not an expert in this area which is why i am posting here to get some tips and hopefully solve my problem. Ok firstly, my car is a Toyota Corolla and i got a subwoofer installed inside it. Its 2 identical subs in 1 and each are 300RMS wats so together It is 600 wats RMS with an amplifier that was already on the box. I have also replaced the stock speakers with new pioneer ones and also the head unit with also a pioneer one. When i first installed it, it was working fine but i never rly maxed it to see how far it can go. Lately though, when i raise the volume quite high, the bass volume also increases and when bass hits there is alot of distortion happening. When volume is at normal (not too high and not too low) it works normaly. So what is the problem? Is my battery or alternator not giving enough power to the subs? Are my subs broken? My subs cant play at high volume? The funny thing is that when i turn the car and i play a song while not moving the car, i turn up the volume high and the subs work normaly. If my car is rolling then the subs distort at abit higher than normal volume. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks all
