AQ HDC3 12..what else compares(within reason)

Ok..I have an AQ HDC3 12 d1 aluminum cone and am considering changing up. I do like the sub but am just curious what else will perform at or above the same level. I am considering subs that are less than $400.

That is a large crowd of subs. What do you want to match the spl or sound?

More so the SPL, I do not listen to my music for long periods of time, mainly just to show off. Most of the time my girl or my kids are in the car so it is kept at a very low volume.

what i would really think about doing is hook up with spl on here or psi and have a monster custom sub built also for under 400 easy

i posted all 12 inch subs, the neo n2 with cooling can take 3000rms easy
