Subwoofer Brand Question

ok so I recently purchased an Alpine Type S DVC 4 Ohm sub (500w RMS). The seller on eBay said he's having problems right now and I could either get a refund or wait for him to get another.

I started thinking, and came across the question. Do I really want the Alpine?

I also have been looking at these other 12" subs aswell

Sundown E-12 (400w RMS DVC 4ohm)

Punch P3 (600w RMS DVC 4ohm)

Kicker CWR (800w RMS DVC 4ohm)

RE Audio *** (600w RMS DVC 4ohm)

Pioneer TS W310 (400w RMS DVC 4ohm)

they would be going in a 1.9 cu.ft. ported box tuned to 33hz powered by a KAC 8105D 500w RMS amp.

which would sound the best

anybody wanna shed some light and help a brother out?

my friend, those Sundown E-12's get down... and they can handle over 400 watts with ease, just make sure you set everything right and i probably wouldn't feed it over 750 personally.

The Punch P3's WERE good subs, back when they looked like this:

the newer ones are crap though. same goes for RE.

Kicker and Pioneer subs, don't waste your time or money, the Alpine will outperform those

so you'd say Sundown no matter what and Alpine if Sundown wasnt a choice.

Look at c2 audio thretcon beefier sub

The c2 should be comparable to the sundown sa but priced at 129 w free ship
