Subs up?

I know you can fire the subs up and port back in an SUV, but will there be any drawbacks to having the subs fire up in a sealed enclosure. It is an SQ-oriented setup.

I would build a box and try, but the dimensions of the box will differ from up-firing to rear-firing and I don't have time to make 2-4 boxes.

Anyone who has tried or has ideas?

ive seen many rear firing sealed applications in suvs.....and quite a few subs up port back ported setups youve got a handle on it
