Subs under front seats?

I was thinking about changing my setup to either a eD 9kv.2 or SQ10 under each of my front seats with 300wrms to each. Im tired of having my sub in the trunk and I would like it in the cabin but not in the way of people sitting in the back. What do you guys think?

My uncle did that in his 67 Mustang, put 8s under each seat.

you might have to raise up the seat depending on the mounting depth but other than that i would like to do somthing similar
