Subs that dont get much play

Im sorta in the market for new subs, i still want to try new things out stuff that people havent really considered options when it comes to comparing. heres what i was thinking

MA Audio Hardcores

New Kove Armaggedons

Fusion Jonah Lemuh, or the even the higher end ones spends on price

Massive Audio DMX's

Any other that fall into this caterogory ? I want something more then my apspl's

What is your price range? Have you considered SoundSplinter (.com) RL-P's? Preliminary experience with them is proving to be quite impressive so far (just a few hours after installation and tweaking at this time).

Over at Loud Music (local dealer) the owner had MA HK subs in his Yukon. He said throwing 3 kilowatts at one made it so loud you had to leave the truck at half volume. I just smiled and nodded when he said that. =p

So we know the MA HK's can take 3kw in a daily driver...

Yup, I read that, but I didn't think he was talking about "not common on this particular forum"... If that's the case, I think we could probably fill a few pages of types to "try".

The RLP's are sorta common in a sence. I dont think those really fall into what im looking for im trien to find good SPL subs that i havent ever heard anything about.

Dave had 4 12'' MA Hardcores in his explore so theres one person with the subs i mentioned. The HK's are also nicely priced

yea I head a lil but about the Powerbass PBX's or whatever they are when they first came out. There was a semi-erect boner for them on SD but since then, I have yet to see people recommend them on a common acount.

For SPL? You could try mmats Juggernauts, Treo's, Inhuman's or DD's (although DD's are fairly common on the net).

some DP's or some sonic FX q's would set the mood. But i dont know how much better they would be then my 12's now ?

I feel like im fighting fire with fire. I dont think i will ever be happy partially due to the inexperience with making ported enclosures
