subs randomly stopped playing?

i turned my car on this morning bumped to the deli and then turned my car back on and noticed that my music had no bass. my power wire to my amp is burnt a little around the fuse holder but it still says my amp has power, none of the fuses are burnt and i'm guessing since the amp has the power that fuse isn't broken. i don't smell cooked sub. what else should i check?

 
well i checked the fuse holder and it's melted melted and the fuse was like disintegrated so i'm going to buy a new fuse holder cut out the burnt piece and put the new holder in. i read somewhere if some of the copper is showing outside the holder it'll do this which mine was

Additinally, no need to reference "max" anything as those specs are useless. Most of know how to look at specs for a given speaker, amp, HU, etc...
