Sub's Playing High's

I have a speaker in my room.

Is there a crossover that i could buy so that it would just play the low stuff. i'm just wondering that would be really cool.

Also we have an old pioneer home theater thing and when i listen to the sub it's putting out high frequency's. so yea if you can tell me a way or somthing to buy to fix it that would be great.

um i dunno about u but if it is a powered sub usaully it has a crossover on the back of the sub. well thats what it is like for all the ones i have used

You could make a home made xover (plenty of calculators on the net) or get a passive xover. You COULD get an active xover, but at a price.

I'll give you a crossover if you want. All you need is a dinky little power supply because it's a 12V.
