Subs not hitting..help!!

idk what you mean by headunit. But im running the subs off a Alpine MRX-M100 amp. and the radio is a pioneer

Your Pioneer is the head unit.

Did you wire the subs INSIDE the box your self?

No, i originally got the box with two 10 inch sdx pro audio subs, same brand as box. They were hitting pretty hard then i blew them within an 2 hours. I dont know if amp was too much for them or what. But same amp, same box, same wiring. Just different subs and they arent hitting barely at all. Ive heard good reviews about the Kicker CVR 10's so i dont understand this problem..

What are the subs' resistances, what ohm numbers? And did you put the new subs in the box yourself or someone else? If you did it, how did you wire them?
