Subs not hitting??? Help?

I've had my system in my car for about 4 months now, and about a week ago, one of my subs stopped hitting, and then the next day, the other stopped? Anyone know what the problem might be, and if so is there anything I can do to fix it???

If you need to konw,I have a Kicker KX400.1 amp, 2 Diamond Audio 10's, and and Alpine HU.

I knew there was a reason why i consider kicker to be crap. No, how did you have them wired? Are they dvc? What load was the amp pushing?
