Subs making vibrating noise

I'll start with backstory here, bought two JL 10w0v3's and a downfiring box to go under the back seat of my crew cab f150 some time ago, and had them installed at the local audio shop. Subs worked phenomenally couldn't be happier. Recently sold the truck and took out the subs/amp and such and put them in my new(to me) f250 tonight. They made no noise whatsoever in the old truck but the box won't fit under the seat of the new one. Seeing this I put them on the floor of the back seat, downfiring as they did in the past. Now they are making a noise that I can only describe as a rattle. Don't think it's because they're hitting the carpet because if I lift up the box they still make the noise. Sorry I can't be more specific but anyone think they can help? I plan on bringing it to the shop I bought them at this week but wanted to see if I could find any help here first. Thanks
