subs getting power..but not enough?

[nips69 10+ year member]

today i started my car and noticed my subs were barley hitting. i checked the fuses and even tryed a spare amp i had and still barley hitting even with the bass all the way up. im guessing a bad ground or power? help me out guys.

re-wire time. i'd avoid powering it up until it's been completely gone through.
