Subs for me

I have 2 X Crossfire VR2000D amps (2kwrms @ 2ohm) and about 5-6 cubic feet of box to play with. About $600 budget total.

Leaning towards 2 X AQ HDC3 12's, 1 amp on each in a 2 chambered ported box.

Any suggestions for other set ups?

Ignoring the funky pup post, would any of those combo's equal or surpass the HDC3 12's output, and stay under $600 ($600 is TOTAL so 1 monster 15, or any combo of 15's or 12's that work in 6 cubes or less)
