Subs/Enclose on Budget~

Im looking to spend around... say 500.. give or take on some sub(s), and enclosure.

I know this isn't much, but I'm trying to get the loudest bump I can for the buck. I have about 1,000 to spend on the rest of the system.. so don't be afraid to give an idea on an amp too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

It might help if you tell everyone what vehicle you have, current setup, intentions (sheer volume or sound quality), if you have an amp to drive it currently, etc...

Well.. The car is a 1997 BMW 5 Series..

The amp will match the subs (whatever you suggest)...

The rest of the system will sort of be built around the subs.

I mainly am looking for shear power in the bass for under 500-600.

Well, 500-600 will get you alot of sub(s). With what you provided, I'm sure folks will chime in with some suggestions..

oh my gawd yeah they do. if you get a BTL and a big enough box, then throw like 3K at it, you will be set for a loong time.

go to ficaraudio.com and to watch them, go to realmofexcursion.com and go to videos, then scroll to FI audio and look for the BTL. you could also youtube it. the 18s are the best in my opinion.

What amp would you suggest for close to max power on a fully loaded 18" FI BTL? .. for around 600$
