Subs dont play

Should I just get rid of the battery isolator and run it straight to the amp. The isolator usually makes a click when it turns on and it isnt doing that at all. I'm going home from school and working on rewiring my whole headunit. Hopefully that works I'm kind of at a lose right now.

the amp turns on and everything but the subs wont play. i think it has something to do with the battery isolator but not sure. Help me out here give me things to check.
use your head. If the amp turns on, it can't be the isolator. did you change anything recently? have you noticed any difference in sound before the 'no play'.

subs dont play, the pound //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

check power wire, connections to battery, ground, make sure everything is hooked up to the sub right....

i had this same problem when i tried hooking mine up in my room, but then i brought them to my car to test, and they worked....make sure your ground is good, that was my first problem.

i reread this thread.

either your sub is blown, or the connection to the sub is bad.

bad connection, because if you got a blown sub, then if you push the cone you should hear the coils just scratching, it will still play but scratch like hell. check to see if one of the terminals on the subs is intact
