subs dont play music!!!????!!!??!?!?!?!

hmm someone needs to jump in here and pull some magic anti-protect amp tricks. Cause im out of ideas. Only thing I can think of now is check your power and ground connections.. make sure there are no breaks in the wires.. and they are not touching any other terminals or such. Make sure you have a solid ground to bare metal.

Um... unplug the subs and the RCA's. If the amp is still in protect with everything unplugged, then you have issues.
have you tried unplugging the rcas and speakers then letting it turn on and seeing it if stays in protect? I am pretty sure the way it was wired is what put it into protect now we just got to get it to get off protect.
i tried that and it still is in protect
WORD!

Final check of power ground and remote, still no go, it's still fried. Open it up and look at the burnt spots.

Those are mosfets. That amp is currently ****ed. If you can read the numbers on the mosfets you can try ordering new ones off of e-bay or from an electronic parts supply house. Then you just uinsolder the old ones, clean the holes up and solder the new ones in. It may fix it, it may not, but in my experiences, it's been worth a shot.
