Subs cut off at high volume WTF

ok here is my story, I have this wonderful set up(see sig) with no difference than when I had my L5's except my two new Fi SSD and a costume box. So I got everything in and it played at low volume which I might think is the box, so it doesn't get loud like I want it, so I figured I go with an aeroport box. So today I decided to switch my battery to the other side of the trunk, did that and now it still plays low but cuts out when I try to turn it up. My amp is still on while this happens but no bump. Know I figures it may be my ground on my battery, how could that be if I sanded it and everything. Do you think I would give the amp it's own ground instead of it going to the negative of my battery, because I neve heard of a sub not playing because of the box. So

me one help me.

so it didnt cut out before you switched the battery around? it played, but just wasnt loud?

now its cuts out after you moved your batt? how long does it cut out after you turn it up?

yea my zapco amp did thy same thing id leave it grounded to batt but im sure its no more the loseing valtage to amp the light will stay on with low volts jut dbl check all connections and im sure it will be fine if you had to add wire to move the batt check that conn, for the poss
