Subs, box, or amp?

First box I built was sealed for 2 e 15s with a rf p1000x2, next I built 7 cubes net @ 32hz, it was 5 inches too deep to fall inside trunk so no go, next I built 4 cubes net @ 32hz and put 2 kicker Cvr in on the rf p1000x2, ugh it's the same db as the sealed 15s which is 124-125db, the e 15s sounded a lil deeper and cleaner tho, I would like to be in the 140s, I can only go sealed 15s or ported 12s the way the trunk built. So do I go to SA 15s sealed on 2 cab 1600.1 amps or 2 SA 12s ported 4 cu ft net @ 32hz on 2 cab 1600.1? I'd feed each sub 1500w

Yea gains will be down, just wondering about the longevity of the 1600s ($400) compared to skar 3500 ($629) , any idea why it's staying under 130db With the last 2 setups?
