Subs Beeping

[Adrasys 10+ year member]

I have 2 MTX 10's and a MTX 3401 400w amp powering them. Recently about 5 minutes after i turn on the car the subs will cut out followed by them beeping intermittently. Anyone know what this means?

check your xover settings dood.....

they have been working fine all summer, and the beeping is coming through the subs

working fine and being correct are 2 dif things

if you hear high tones from a sub it isnt right no matter what you may think.

No the connections are not the issue. Its the high pass/low pass filters.

i have all the filters set at factory settings

Factory is not the best or correct way. I suggest you do some reading.

set the lpf on amp at 100

set the pass filter on the amp to low what amp do u have?

read the manual?
