Subs and frequencies

You don't. You tune them exactly the same. Porting an enclosure doesn't affect the speaker's inherent frequency response, rather, it affects the output at certain frequencies. If your speaker couldn't play 15hz, tuning a box down low won't let it do it.

Aperiodic Bi-Chamber aka ABC box....it can be tuned to 2 frequencies with a crossing that will compensate for a linear response. This box is definitely underated and is my recommendation.
