In wiring option 2 are the top positive and negatives are voice coil 1?

Doesn't matter, it's a voice coil

so It wont matter the order I wire them in. Good.

It could be voice coil 1, voice coil 2 or 3 or 4, same thing, just the way you wire is what mtters (parallel or series)
