Sub only works on radio

I installed my sub today and it works fine however it only works when the head unit is set to radio, if it is set to aux or cd the amp powers down. Is there any way to change it to work on all settings? Thanks in advance!

i bet he had the remote antenna wire rather than the accy remote wire (solid blue vs. blue/wt stripe)

Sorta my thought as well. But figured it would help in case someone searched this later on.

Yeah, that was the problem, just had to switch the wiring. Thanks!
