For a DC Level 3 15in it recommends 3 cubic ft for a ported box. My question is should I get a box that is 3 cubic ft tuned to 35 or get a box that is 4 cubic ft tuned to 32?

If you're running low power to it then 4 net will work okay. Running rms or over go with the 3 net.
