Greetings:

Should I purchase the dual 2ohm speakers, and run my amp at .5ohm 2000 x 1, so each speaker is receiving ~1000watts, or get the dual 4ohm speakers, and run the amp at 1ohm 1250 x 1

I don't want to fry the amp, as its advertised as .5 ohm stable, but can it run the DDX speakers at .5 ohm just fine. I don't plan on cranking the gain and bass control knob and try to blow up $500

If the amp load is 1ohm, each speaker is receiving 625watts RMS.. should be plenty

1cf sealed chambers. dual sub box..

As long as you have enough juice to run it at half an ohm then I'd run it.

I'd run 1000 per sub but that enclosure is no beuno.

from the research ive done, Skar's website says .75cf sealed. This box is 1cf per chamber, too much?? or go bigger?

I will run the setup as .5 ohm... but really want to know your thoughts of my enclosure volume.

For a sealed enclosure one cube per is fine, but I think you will be much happier with those subs in a ported enclosure.
