Sub box

Hey guys. So right now I have a a SQ hdc3 12 at 1 ohm to a soundstream rub1.2500d in a 3 cubic foot box at 33 hz. I recently God the BC3500d and I'm gonna order and other sq hdc3 12. I want to make another box with a port at 30-32 hz. The outside measurements would be height- 20", width- 32.75". And depth- 25". How would I tune it to 30-32 hz
