sub box tuning

I'm getting all my stuff in next week and the box is already half built its 8 cu ft tuned 28 hertz for an 18 Q

So my question is bc it being tuned so low will my sub still be able to get pretty loud for the upper frequncies

Not much I can do anymore as the box is half way done already just wondering

not sure about the Q but in general tuning low doesn't mean less output up top. tuning low should just extend the bottom end.

I'm going to be pushing it with my kicker kx1200 at its rated at close to 1500 on the birth sheet but with stock electrical I doubt it gets that much but I did get the Q with bp power option

I've got a 105 amp Alt and battery is maybe a year old
