I have a 2004 Nissan Titan Extended Cab with 2 10-inch Rockford R1s with a 1000W Rockford amp. Almost a brand new system and the box rattles when the bass hits, even on low volume. Not very good at taking apart and putting back together car audio equipment and I need help!

The box itself? Like its panels or what? What's it sitting on? Anything attached to it, like your amp? Are you sure it's the box and not the subs?

Maybe a vid would help.

While they are playing/rattling, press hard on each side of the box. You might find one place where the rattle stops when you press against. Also push against any panel where wires connect, as well as the ring where the screws mount the speaker.

While they are not playing, tap on the dustcaps (center of the speaker) with your finger or knuckle, careful, but firm, to see if a dustcap could be loose.

There is also a possibility that you are hearing distortion of the amp, or subs 'bottoming out' reaching their mechanical limits.

+1 to a video.

Someone left a tool inside the sub box.

Joking aside, I would take it back to the shop whomever installed it and make them fix their mistake.
