You said the form is out of the car? When you're done with a layer (or two, or three, however many you do in one sitting) make sure to put it back in the car so that it doesn't warp.

Edit: Oh, and good luck - thats a hell of a lot of glassing you got there.

 
yes it is, lol...well we did one layer of mat in the car on top of the original resin...should we still put it bak in teh car after each quote or will that be enough to keep it form nto warping?

Yeah, you have to put it in when you're done each time, else it will warp. I had to scratch my amp rack because it warped pretty bad.

I hope it isn't too hard to get in and out of the trunk...

 
that bottom isnt going to be very strong, no matter how many layers of glass you put on. Flat glassed areas are just not very strong. I would HIGHLY recommend glassing mdf in that bottom part. You will be glad you did later.
