sub and box

if you use like 1" thick wood, double baffle, and do some bracing, that box would be indestructible probably unless you picked up the sub and threw it down on the box as hard as you could.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

 
double baffle just means you use 2 sheets of 3/4" MDF for the front instead of 1, so its kinda double thick. you can find alot of info on bracing in the box construction section. just search.
