Stupid Question about Eclipse 5435!

What does the non-fader function do? I do not have the manual and all my other hu did not have that function. I am used to bass, mid, treble and loud that is it. This hu also has svc and non-fader, I do not know what either one of them do so I have not used them. I know the non-fader can be adjusted from -6 to +6 and I have no clue about the SVC. As I said it is a dumb question but can someone still explain the features to me?

the nonfad is the subwoofer output .

the svc controls the volume of the source like cd aux etc to keep your volume constant when switching from radio to cd to aux so no jump in volume occurs.

The bass is also for the sub output isn't it or is that for the whole system, meaning mids and highs too?
