I don't remember anything like that. I'm just glad I got through Calc 1-3 and diff. eq. No more math courses for me. Maybe someone else can help you.

ok well the problem before this one was

Zeros: -1, 1, 3; degree 3

and you set it up f(x)=-(-1)(x-1)(x-3) and u work it down to get f(x)= x3-3x2-x+3

sooooo idk what the fuk is going on on this multiplicity shit..

(x+1)(x-3)(x-3)=your answer to the problem, just too lazy to multiply it out.

multiplicity just means how many times that number is a factor of the polynomial, we learned that stuff in precalc
