strobe lights???

where can i get the brightest and best strobe lights? I read some reviews on the street glow ones and they said they wernt to bright. I want to put them under my car and make them like ground effects but i need them to be bright as hell to make sure you can see them good. thanks.

i know its illegal, well not while my car is stationary, but whatever. i just dont want to spend lie 20 bucks on a puny strobe.
