What track where you running at where they allowed a 9 second car to make a pass without a cage? Here if its faster than a 11.99 you have to have a cage or your not making a pass.

If its an electric hybrid though the torque band doesnt change. Its got the same torque at 1RPM that it has at 6000RPMs. How many other super cars can do that besides the Tesla.
