Strapping down a battery need help

well I got my heart set on getting a hc2400 but when i tried to put in the dead i had bought on ebay (got my money back for it) the battery tie down just won't work the kinetik is just too tall. i thought about buying a j hook but clearance might be an issue is there any other ways to tie down this battery or any straps i could buy?

When I put my xs power battery in I bought longer j hooks and used a scrap piece of aluminum flat bar about 2" wide and about 1/4" thick and wide enough to cover battery. I then drilled two holes in it for the j hooks. My hood barely closes but not sure theres a lower profile way to do it.

ok, you can get bolt downs just sent my last one out though, or you can use straps, I usually just go to the junk yard give em 5 buck and cut out a seat belt and make my own straps....
