Stock Speakers Finally Blew! Need a Budget System for Under $300

I know its probably asking a lot but its for my beater car that I'll probably sell pretty soon anyway. I'm just tired of the rattling.

System will be in 95 Civic Coupe. I already have a head unit that came with the car (Sony CDX F7700). The car already has factory components so for those of you that don't know what it looks like, the tweeters are mounted on the door (not the sails).

I have $300 to spend on components, 8" sub, and amp to power them all. What do you guys recommend? Thanks in advance!
