Stock head unit with aftermarket amp?

Hey guys,

I'm new here and sorry if this has been anwsered before. I have a 2003 chevy silverado and I wanna use the stock head unit because i like the steering wheel controls. I had a aftermarket head unit in there but decided to go back to stock. I wanna run a RF t1001 with 2 cvr 15's and and was wondering if I could do this and still get good sound out of the system. I'm not sure if a processor is what i should get? I don't know much about them. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
