Stock Head Unit and aftermarket amps through an AudioControl LCQ-1

To clean up the sound from my stock Tacoma (non-JBL) I know I need a Line Out Converter. But I was looking at also adding DSP for the equalizer flexibility. Would this work and work well to do this: AudioControl LCQ-1 6-channel line output converter with equalizer.

I will be running a
Rockford Fosgate Punch P1000X5 to Kicker CS speakers in the doors and the front dash. Subwoofer as yet to be determined but a single 10" will be all I will use.

Will something else work better than the AudioControl LCQ-1?

Yeah but accubass only restores the bass roll off. It doesn't take an incomplete signal range and make it a full range signal.
