stock converter?

I have to install a stock converter for a friend, in his jimmy. Does anyone have a web site that shows diagrams or could explian me on how to do this. I know i guess its pretty straight foward, that you have to tap into the wires. But i dont know exactly on how to do this, and what wires. The kid also has the stock head unit that is in the jimmy.
